1. Booking and Payment

1.1. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Colombo Shore Excursions.

1.2. No advance payment is required. Payment is due on the day of the tour and can be made in USD, EUR, or Sri Lankan Rupees.

1.3. Prices are quoted per person and may vary based on group size, season, and specific requirements.

2.1. Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the scheduled tour departure.

2.2. Cancellations due to cruise ship schedule changes are fully refundable regardless of timing.

2.3. Weather-related cancellations initiated by us will receive full refunds.

2.4. No-shows without prior notification will be charged the full tour amount.

3.1. We guarantee timely return to your cruise ship with appropriate buffer time before departure.

3.2. Tour itineraries may be modified due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances while maintaining the overall tour experience.

3.3. Entrance fees to attractions are included unless specifically noted as excluded.

3.4. We reserve the right to substitute attractions of equal or greater value if original sites are unavailable.

4.1. Passengers must provide accurate cruise ship information including arrival/departure times.

4.2. Passengers are responsible for having valid travel documents and any required visas.

4.3. Passengers must inform us of any medical conditions, mobility issues, or dietary restrictions at time of booking.

4.4. Passengers must follow local customs and dress codes, particularly when visiting religious sites.

5.1. Colombo Shore Excursions maintains comprehensive insurance for all tour operations.

5.2. Our liability is limited to the tour price paid. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.

5.3. Passengers are advised to maintain their own travel insurance for personal belongings and medical coverage.

5.4. We are not liable for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).

6.1. All vehicles are regularly maintained and drivers are licensed professionals.

6.2. Passengers participate in tours at their own risk and must follow safety instructions from guides.

6.3. We reserve the right to refuse service to passengers who appear intoxicated or behave inappropriately.

6.4. Emergency contact information will be provided to all passengers before tour commencement.

7.1. Photos may be taken during tours for promotional purposes unless passengers specifically opt out.

7.2. Passengers consent to the use of their testimonials and reviews for marketing purposes.

7.3. Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

8.1. Any disputes will first be addressed through direct communication and mediation.

8.2. These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.

8.3. Any legal proceedings must be conducted in the courts of Colombo, Sri Lanka.
